next week womens title and week after tbs title. hopefully this doesn't affect the women at the ppv but seems like they putting the big womens matches on tv instead of waiting to the ppv. lets see what happens.

Not aew related but regarding one of my previous posts i finally figured out the mystery that was racking my brain. Guy by the name of Slick Pulla. Don't think he's really relevant anymore but used to run with Young Jeezy and had a group with him and another guy called USDA. They had released one album far as I can recall. Song called "Get It Up".

Hook:X2
On the road to riches imma get it up
My grind is relentless imma get it up
My shine is ridiculous imma get it up
Imma get it up, imma get it up

Slick P:
Fresh out the box like a pair of nike airs its slick
For the green like sebastian telfair

so that's why when you mentioned Sebastian Telfair and the trail blazer thing earlier i knew i had heard his name mentioned in a rap song before but couldn't think of it and finally was able to figure it out.

Telfair was supposed to be an all-star level type player coming in. He had that famous SLAM magazine cover with LeBron James. It never panned out for him in the league. Telfair was popular for a minute..

Dave Meltzer on WOR: (regarding Komander's inclusion in the C2) "The formula of good matches for the sake of good matches doesn't work!"

- In the latest WOR, Dave mentions people asking why he's so upset that Komander's included in the C2 when it means they're going to get great matches. Dave explains that they get great matches almost every other day, and that in itself doesn't work.

- Citing Kyle and Takeshyta as examples, he says that great matches didn't for matter for them since they lost a lot, which lead to poor ratings. Even when they started winning it took a while to rebuild their perceived image as jobbers.

- He asks why Komander and Mortos are there instead of Buddy and Black.

- He contrasts the C2 with the Japanese tournaments like the G1 and the N1, saying that the latter can have their top guys and they make it work.

Come on over and be that character Samantha :shaq:

Probably not, I would say no. I wouldn’t even want her to do that. I think she is so…she just doesn’t want to be a ring announcer at all. Any time of announcing, whether it’s boxing or UFC or NFL or basketball, she doesn’t want to announce the people’s names. She doesn’t want to do that specific act. She still would love to be a character. She still would love to be in a story, she would love to make the fans feel emotions and make them go through the roller coaster of emotions that she would like. But as simply just calling someone’s weight and town and telling them to come out, she doesn’t want to do that anymore.”

AEW star Thunder Rosa hasn't wrestled on "AEW Dynamite" since the April 3 edition of the show and hasn't appeared on pay-per-view since Double Or Nothing this past May, leading many fans to question if she's still involved with the company.

However, the ongoing concern towards Rosa's AEW status has apparently frustrated the former Women's World Champion as she explained on "Busted Open Radio" that she still works with the company.

"AEW exists on Saturdays, so if you're not doing anything on Saturday, watch the show. If I get somebody else asking me if I still work at AEW, I'm just going to be like, 'Here — here is the schedule of 'Dynamite,' 'Rampage,' and 'Collision.” I'm usually on 'Collision' so just watch me and if you can't watch me live, watch me on YouTube. Stop asking me if I still work in AEW 'cause I still do," she said.

Many fans may not know that Rosa is still with AEW because she has primarily featured on "Collision" and "Rampage," whose viewership has struggled severely in recent weeks. Throughout the last six months, "Collision" has been unable to draw over 500,000 viewers and recently posted its lowest rating in the show's history, obtaining only 157,000 viewers on the September 6 edition of the show. Rosa's most recent match was on the November 30 edition of "Rampage," where she defeated Harley Cameron in just over five minutes.

She was just on the AEW podcast and literally just wrestled/had a little mini feud with Harley Cameron. I don't even regularly watch Rampage or Collision and knew that. Wrestling fans are real bozos.

It's true that TK forgets about some people sometimes but the internet always blows it out of proportion. There are some people not working for reasons unknown but the majority are working shows or are out injured.

Many times I've seen fans ask "why isn't Skye Blue on?" or something like that and she's injured.

Also, wrestlers that could afford to have always taken breaks between angles and territories... it gives them a chance to recover properly or get surgery and it gives fans a chance to miss them.

TV is 3*52 weeks a year but that is going to cripple people who wrestle the way these kids want to today. IDGAF if they're gone for 6 months if they're getting healthy, getting paid and going to give us the proper piff when their number comes up for an angle.

Someone like Randy Orton is a good example to me - he does an angle, maybe it turns into a title run, but eventually gets beaten or injured, people call him Blandy and he disappears again... they know each time he comes back looking like peak Randy f'in Orton it blows the roof off.

AEW wrestler Lee Moriarty, a Ring of Honor Pure Champion, is an artist in the ring and away from it as he uses two types of canvases to showcase his talents. With an acumen in drawing and painting, this Pittsburgh native and current Tampa resident will make his art showing debut during Miami Art Week. For his first public art showcase, Moriarty presents an endearing and vibrant display of wrestlers in repose. In a poetic tribute to the sport, Moriarty’s paintings capture the duality of wrestling, often showing lucha libre and Japanese wrestling stars in traditional wrestling masks enjoying leisurely activities or embracing their more delicate nature. Miami Art Week is an annual event with many events from Dec. 2-8 throughout Miami-Dade County from Coral Gables to Wynwood. Moriarty, who has his own collection of wrestling masks, will be there from Dec. 3-6 before leaving for AEW Collision in partnership with GalaxyCon Columbus on Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Ohio. Moriarty currently holds the Ring of Honor Pure Championship and has been ranked as high as the 47th-best grappler on the planet by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. Along with his beautiful art work, he will be bringing the ROH Pure Championship title to Miami Art Week. Here is my video interview with the multi-talented pro wrestler.
