there can be arguments on the topic all day but the only opinions that matter are those of the black wrestlers themselves. and how they use this.

it can be one of two ways and its gonna be better for fans of both companies overall.

for example swerve can hear that and be like "i think we are as well, and i'm gonna continue to do my best to keep performing at the best of my ability for an owner that thinks highly of me."

meanwhile someone like carmelo hayes can be like "everyone is entitled to their opinion. i think we have the best over here in wwe. i will continue to do my best to put on great matches and elevate the talent around me."

you either get motivated by your coaches words to do well or by trying to prove opposing coaches wrong. no team brings in the opposing coach before the game to hype up their players to win the game.

i'm curious to know how TK should book the black wrestlers because I'm sure everyone's opinions on the subject matter won't be the same. and i mean beyond the "put them on tv more often" argument.

When it comes to Stan Wars there is no "right" answer to any of it... And because @SpacelySprockets apparently hasn't seen my posts in other threads, I've said the same about when people on Twitter go at Triple H over The Hurt Business..

Are they right? Maybe... Maybe Hunter is just a racist piece of shyt that wanted to hold down the stable and do nothing with them, the quotes from MVP and Lashley are telling..

But at the same time, are people on Twitter actually concerned about the group or are they using this as a "gotcha" moment to shyt on WWE? I think the answer is somewhere in between.. I think there's people who are only about Stan Wars and then there are people who actually want to see The Hurt Business out here doing well.

As the author of the Original Hurt Business thread way back many years ago... I want to see the group thrive no matter where they are. That's a fact.

  • Enough with the stereotypes or make it hit with the main demographic (Hicklebottom slowly becoming obnoxious with the shyt ala Norman Lear of wrestling)
  • Allow black talent to do something different ala what Lio Rush was doing for a bit with the emo flippy undertaker steez
  • Compelling storylines (like give me a black cult leader or some form time traveler, something fun)
  • Don't Swole a wrestler (if they have grievances, you don't be a ho and treat them like they are a Twitter handle, along with sending the beards after them, you listen and try to work with them as a BOOKER)
  • No more "here nikka damns". (Surprise the audience by giving a random push to a black wrestler like anybody else. Thus why folks side eyed Swerve because the man became champion to being the footstool to Lashley :francis: . Don't even get me started with his bland title reign)
But on the real, its a complicated catch 22 concerning booking of black wrestlers. You got a demographic that treats some of them like afterthoughts, you have bookers that are too obtuse with properly booking minorities in general outside of stereotypes, and you have a dated industry that refuses to go into the 21st century.

Hell, I'm waiting for Tony Khan to pull out the card board and breakdance to Private Party's theme, he's so uncertain about AEW being so Hip Hop :dead:

See that's a more broad opinion of different storylines compared to individual wrestlers. I can respect that cuz it could be regarding any wrestler or company, not a complaint about how certain wrestlers may be booked. Best answer to the question that i could think of. Everybody wants their favorites to be pushed but you took it beyond that and gave a logical answer. :salute:

Breh, as a business minded marsupial, this wrestling shyt is not even hard :mjlol: . Just give a black wrestler his due is all I'm asking, and I guarantee heads will be satisfied.

Its not the sake of how a certain wrestler is booked, but how can we capitalize off of their downtime or cold streak. At the end of the day, these bookers need to spread the book thin and not cut any corner. Do the Denzel "I'm leaving out here with something".

  • Swerve may have been a forgettable champion, but give me a reason to why I want him to gain get back to Lashley.
  • The Hurt Syndicate is here...ooooh.... :manny: make them stand out instead of being a faded memory
  • Private Party just beaten the Bucks, soooooo lets keep that influential energy to give heads a reason to believe in them
  • Athena is damn near a Goddess in ROH, can we hear her speak about such things and maybe wanting to go after the men's title ( Like Tessa in TNA before her stupid ass ways)
Bottom line just give these folks something. Trest the roster like they have a purpose other than getting a check and doing flippy moves. Make me a Joey again, or in human terms...a kid again :noah:

Swerve token reign

Mercedes trash run/Flopped

Where’s Athena

Where’s STP

Top Flight booked poorly

Ricochet flopped

Hobbs booked like trash for years

No faith in HS they will probably flop

:unimpressed:
You are stupid ass hell if you think Swerve's reign was considered token.

N-gga we all lived through Kofi's title reign and the aftermath of it.

i was seeing a twitter post about cmll women competing for a shot at wrestle dynasty. dont know what TK has planned but I just replied with an idea that i think may be a good one and bring some excitement to the division leading up to the event. :jbhmm:
