fukk if I know, nobody could even tell you what they were making by the end of the last deal.

I tend to figure that the outside places putting it at around 170 are more likely to be accurate than any of the dirt sheets though.

I trust Vanity Fair.. I would say it's at least upwards of $150M that they said, could be slightly more..

There are plenty of non black people that know about the Jay and Nas war. Y'all weren't the only ones listening to hip hop at the time.

Not like someone has to be black or listen to hip hop anyways to be able to post here or enjoy wrestling. But the race issue concerning WWE is for that specific thread anyways. This is much more than a "hip hop site".

That reference is from a Jay-Z lyric. Jay-Z and Nas engaged in lyrical warfare in 2001. Jay-Z came with a record called “Takeover”, and Nas responded with “Ether”. Nas was unanimously victorious with Ether (albeit some would argue Takeover was the better record). The culture (something you’re not a part of, which makes me wonder why you’re here) felt as if Nas was more righteous based on the content of his discography at the time. So in 2002, Jay-Z dropped a record titled “Blueprint 2” on the album with the same name, where that line I reference came from. Oochie Wally was a party record about fukking hoes, whereas One Mic was a lyrical concept record. Hopefully that wasn’t too much black shyt for you to intake at once.

No mention of Supa Ugly

So you're not black. Much more than a hip hop site? Interesting:jbhmm:

You been here long enough to know that it isn't. Maybe hip hop gets discussed in the booth but there are plenty of other topics like wrestling, video games, sports, TV and movies, and bunch of other stuff that isn't hip hop. You don't need to be black to contribute to conversations in a civil manner. They don't question your race when you register for the site. You just expected to treat others with respect like you would want them to do to you. This is a site to discuss topics of interest with like minded individuals as we do here in TSC.

So this site isn't a black space? Good to know

That's not what I meant or the point I was trying to make. Yes the majority of posters are black. But the argument used was one regarding "hip hop" which is a musical genre. If you want to use the argument that this is a majority black site then I would agree. But when the words "hip hop site" are mentioned i relate that to the musical genre. That's why I said it's more than that cuz other topics are discussed. Hip hop has nothing to do with wrestling or the argument of wwe and lack of black wrestlers on their PLEs.

I don't know the race of anyone else in tsc but it hasn't hampered my ability to have conversations with any of them regarding pro wrestling and our common interests in it.

@Jmare007 Do you have Max in Chile yet?
Yes, they changed Hbo Max to Max this year.

Just like with any other streaming service though, it's not the same content as in the U.S (besides original programming) as there's international distribution deals that allows some stuff y'all don't get to be shown over here, and vice versa.

I have no clue if AEW will be available in South America by January 2025 because I'm not sure who has the rights nowadays. It used to be an Argentinian channel (Space) but right now I have no idea.
