Gamers did the same dumb ass shyt to Ragnarok. Which is an even heavier narrative driven game, what in-lore explanation is there for the game to take place in a completely different setting?

Yeah, some of these ignorant fools were also bytching over a couple of reused animations. Like, every game that's ever had a direct sequel has ever had a full fledge animation overall n shyt.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the coin, MVC2 was reused animation central and gamers still salivate over it being the best marvel game and yet when MVC3 came in with new animations and styles, these same ass would be gamers bytched over that too. Faux gamers these days are clowns for real.

I've got a theory. In the old Zelda's Ganon got trapped in the Sacred Land, he corrupted it and it became a Cursed Land. I think Rauru and the Zonai are ancient Hylians that were trapped in the Cursed Land. I only developed this theory after seeing a lightskinned Hylia in the leaked artwork and now a darkskinned Hylia in the new trailer.

In the old games, in the cursed land, regular humans that were trapped there turned into creatures. That's why Ganon turns into a beast and at some point and probably why the ancient Hylians look like goats. Basically, I think the Zonai are not a separate race but cursed Ancient Hylians.

There is more thats different in the 3 mins trailer GAMEPLAY wise already than there is in the entire game of Ragnarok.

Yeah children of the atom, X-Men vs street fighter, marvel superheroes, marvel vs Capcom and marvel vs Capcom 2 all played nothing a like.
