Have any of you played Red Dead Redemption 2?

The team is inspired by it and Skyrim. The only thing I can think of that they would take from it is a more involved crafting system. Which is probably partially why we can now make weapons from enemies horns.
Inspired by RDR2:wow:

Dutch really did have a plan :to:

I hate to say it but there’s probably gonna be time travel in this bytch. There’s too much precedent. They did it with Ocarina of Time and recently, with Age of Calamity. If I was Shigeru Miyamoto I’d tell them to stop fukking with Time, these nikkas are getting Star Trek level with the time travel fukkery. Anything to keep the fans talking I guess.

BOTW took 4 years to develop with a staff of 300 and needed to make a minimum of $4 million to break even. 2 million is the minimum for the average Nintendo game. It looks like the first two or three years was spent on the engine and it only solidified in the last year and a half of development but the game probably had some crazy bugs and loopholes that needed fixing which is what caused the delays of the first game. So basically the game was mostly finished but just fukked up. They spent those delays fixing shyt but it still wasn't enough time which is why we have all those crazy speedrunning hacks and glitches

They didn't even fix the damn glitches when DLC 1 and 2 came out. They probably fixed them for the sequel. I think they dedicated at least a year to switching the engine completely to being built for Switch only, which is why there's an increased draw-distance. Maybe 2 more years to adding the expanded map and 3 years of story. Delay due to fixing bugs.

I know they spent alot of time on the story this time around after studying the leaked art book. They advanced the storyline of side mission characters from BOTW bigtime.

surprisingly metroid prime remastered looks good on the OLED (same size)

I do wish TOTK was gonna be 60 fps tho…I think the art style with some minor improvements will be fine tho

Have no problem at all with the art style, i really like it. Its just the performance and display options at this point thats not cutting it

can you quote the post where you discuss that?

*edit*

nvm found it…I have an LG tho…maybe it’ll look fine as is

I did some experimentation with Breath of the Wild TV settings on my Sony Bravia. All you need to change is while your in Game mode, change Reality Creation to Auto and Live Color to Medium. Now you have less jaggys and more color like the OLED version of Switch, basically, not as washed out.
