I interpret him falling from the Kingdom in the sky as the tear. Not accurate cause tears is plural.

after you get the master sword it doesnt even really matter
I interpret weapon durability as a way of Nintendo encouraging gamers to acquire the Master Sword. People who complain about weapon durability are basically quitters because they never even got as far as getting the Master Sword. They shouldn’t play games like this all, they better off playing Fortnite or Peppa Pig.

Yeah but you gotta grind for enough health to be able to pull it out. I had 20 plus hours in at that point but once I saw how many hearts I would need to get the sword.. :hubie:

Game got swapped at GameStop the next day.

I cheated it lol

There’s a respec statue where you can swap stamina for hearts and go get the sword and after you’re done switch it back

I bet if this game went back to traditional dungeons people will say, "Gee I miss shrines".
Doubt it, I didn't even care for the shrines. If anything, the fix(for me) would be to change the theme of the shrines a bit instead of it all being blue. Have like themed shrines if anything and make the divine beasts or w/e will be the "dungeons" in this game distinctive instead of being a simple shell with a little boss.

I don't think the divine beasts dungeons being traditional would've changed anything with the game's fundamental goal of being open world and non linear.

Nintendo stated it was to try and force people to use every weapon and not stick to favorites. It actually had the opposite effect because it made people not want to use their favorite weapons for fear of them breaking.

I reached a point where I wouldn’t use certain weapons until I found a reliable place to replace them.

If they want people to use all the weapons then make them all useful in certain situations, don’t just make them break.

Also dungeons were cool because they were giant, well crafted, themed, puzzles. They weren’t loved simply because they gave you items. Hell some of the items you received weren’t even that useful outside of finding a few heart pieces in the over world. People likes them because the dungeons themselves were memorable. The music alone in some of my favorite dungeons elicits a stronger response than those generic divine beasts.
