It's the wrong date for either match. Probably just whenever Bret got his copy or something.
According to Meltzer (who Bret gave a copy to for some reason) Bret supposedly puts in a master class of making a dude who's shyt look half decent. Plus just the history of it being hidden away for so long for some reason with guys like Colt Cabana saying he couldn't even get a copy to watch when he worked there.
