I was pleased with 4. I feel like 3>4>1>2.

4 had some of the most amazing moments in the series. The whole endgame of it was magnificent. The only real weak part was act 2. Act 3 and the finale were as good as I could have hoped for. Also there's a boss fight towards the end of 4 with

Trails is shounen anime. Always was. It's not just the good parts of it either. This is the same series that has Angelica Rogner in it. Inconsistent power levels between characters. Let's not act like the Sky series wasn't rooted in incest and had a grown ass man that was clearly in love with a child which carried over to CS3 and 4 to continue that story.

Is it just me or is Duvalie kinda disappointing gameplay wise? She's not quite Fie or Laura. It's weird. You know who's a beast tho? The lesbian. She puts up crazy damage, well balanced stats too.

I used Fie(dodge tank / counter), Laura(break and damage), Altina(healer magic attack), Rean(all rounder) I'd also add in Juna, Crow, Emma, Elliot, and Musse depending on what I needed. Those first 4 were almost always with me though when available.

When I used Kurt he was a poor man's Fie. She's a better dodge tank and if you put that counter quartz on her I think that Kurt came with she can counter from a distance with her gun swords and he can't. I had Fie doing more damage on her counters than Laura could do with an S-Break under normal conditions.

yeah his range just kills any chance of him being a decent evade/counter character

i may try to go for a laura-lite this time around..... juna can play kurt's role better than kurt can

I'm more excited for the game after that. The next one I'm guessing we'll get it in 2022. The one after that probably 2024.

Ash is a really good like really good. He's a versatile heavy damage type. He does one thing but he does it really well. Gaius and Jusis are pretty underrated imo. Imo, the top tier are.

Rean, Crow, Sara, Gaius, Musse (best mage imo) and Ash.
