Depends on what you are looking for. If you just want to get that notch under your belt than you're better off lying and dealing with the fact that she may bounce.

If you looking for a relationship, then don't go for sex or talk about your history until she's shown a strong interest in you and has already invested in the situation (i.e. $$$), and then break down that you haven't had sex. Most chicks are gonna get that D, if they have already spent bread.

There's methods to do it efficiently without having to practice on a subpar chick. You just can't go about it the same way most guys go about sex.
