I think it might have been a smart move to drop now...throw that whole "if you are interested in playing the best games" look at The Last of us that just dropped on the PS3...expect more titles like this on the PS4!

Throw up a sick montage of exclusives, show the console, drop the price, announce pre-order details and BOOM you probably win E3.

Honestly you can get one for less than $150 on craigslist. if you've never had a PS3 this gen and haven't given any of their exclusives a try, now would be an excellent time. There's a plethora of piff out already for the PS3 and TLOU is just another classic dropping in days.

Seriously!
NaughtyDog is like a God-tier developer. Their passion shows in their games, especially the details and nuances here and there in game. The extra detail may seem minuscule and may not raise a review score but to know that someone went through the pains to animate something that wasn't exactly required says something. Watching their developer videos made me appreciate the games even more because you can sense the fervor in their voice.
After completing UC2, ND became my favorite game developer of all time. NaughtyGod!
