ND never buffed the effectiveness of the BR (recoil, damage, handling, etc) they only tampered with its damage toward armour. It's the same gun since launch.

Yes the rifle revolver combo is a scrub tactic, one shot with the rifle, and one shot with the revolver = down

tweaking its cost did not buff its effectiveness and same goes for its damage against armor (which was really needed). It's the same gun since launch.

Tact is a disgusting gun, in fact all that DLC guns BS fukked up the balance in the MP. Before that TLOU was almost perfect.
