so much I hated at first that I know has been gone over but god damn so much I love about this game and lowkey glad Abby and Ellie developed that respect for each other at the end to let each other go about their bizz.

Really wish we could of had a part 2 with a aged Joel and Ellie and they set this up for part 3

I hope if we do get part 3 Abby is a part of it her half of the story was some of the most intense shyt I’ve ever played

I don't have a problem with the story except Ellie going after Abby again when she already established a family life on the farm. That part felt tacked on.

Btw, Joel deserved it

Lev and Yara were lowkey the MVP's of the game.

Lev is a legit great character I wanted to jump through the screen when dog the bounter hunter gave him the hand of gawd

ND abandoned the idea of Tess being the main antagonist of the first game as they felt her chasing them across the country as unrealistic, yet they essentially make it the focal point of the second game

You realize a lot of this reviews hit right as the game released and was bombarded by idiots giving it a 0 who didn’t even play the game and based it on some out of context leaks, right? If people actually played the game and didn’t like the story, that’s fine, but those metacritic scores are not that. There’s plenty of highly regarding games I just couldn’t get into. But this agenda of giving the game horrible ratings because you read about something you didn’t like (who the hell reads spoilers anyway) that’s just ridiculous.

and you do realize that damn near all the so-called professional review entities gave it a 10 out of 10 based off them knowing most people were mad at ND direction and narrative from those same leaks your talking about

truth be told.... if there was no leaks and no agenda - the game probably would’ve gotten 7 or 8 at best

They made her part like that to ease players minds about her. And it worked
