Game was incredible :wow:

Spoilers

I knew what was gonna happen but never watched the scenes so it was still newish to me. The way I stacked up my ammo with Ellie at the end tho, Abby would have been thrown in the bushes along with that little trans kid. That little kid being emotional and jacking that boat got his sister, Owen and Mel murked, you hate to see it.

But I understand the ending. Nobody wins either side, they both lost everything :mjcry:

Yeah. I agree as the game progressed, I knew there wasn't going to be a happy ending for anyone. Do you think public opinion would've been different about the game and its ending if players had more a choice to how the ending played out? Similar to how Ghosts gave you a choice at the end (not sure if you've played that one)

I haven't played Ghosts yet, thats up next. I think a lot of people got turned off by playing Abby after what happened (yeah, Joel was cool but I was OK with seeing they were going with Abby). I think it would have been interesting and cool to have to separate campaigns. First to beat the game as Ellie, then after you beat it you have the option to play as Abby and see her POV. Still overall a great game, im disappointed in myself for reading the spoilers after hearing backlash and not experiencing it myself

My only real issue with the game is Tommy at the end.. it seemed very out of character for him to come at Ellie like that.. especially when at the beginning he was trying to keep Ellie from even going on this mission

Bruh, Abby murked Joel and Jesse in front of his face and was close to killing him. He don't want to see that bytch Abby on the loose. Maybe plotting to attack Jackson to avenge her boy Manny after tommy sniped his ass.

I'm with you, it wasn't that big of deal to me but it didn't seem right to me..

Tommy just always seemed more level headed than Joel.. He was even ready to leave when he caught up with Ellie just because Dina was pregnant..

Him trying to put that mission on Ellie after seeing how he's been for two games just seemed out of character to me.. But I could maybe see him getting shot in the face by Abby sending him over the edge..

He hasn’t been permanently crippled, Blind in 1 eye with no family left through most of these games, him being a bitter miserable old man who had nothing left but to see the person who caused it all dead was perfectly reasonable to me :yeshrug:

This game yall :wow:. Finished this shyt like in 3 days fukking up my sleep schedule because I couldn't put it down. The game was great and I thought the story was good. I didn't like how Abby killed him but I understood her rage. I love seeing two sides in a story because in real life we always wonder what would drive a person to commit fukked up acts.

Didn't realize how much a monster Ellie was until I played against her. :picard: That was a nice touch.

I wanna play it again on grounded mode but my family telling me to do something else. :francis:
