some of those parts are the best in the game tho, her whole Day 3 is probably the best day along with the first Day 2 imo, and it’s more 7-8 hours

back and forth of Joel & Tommy on that last patrol and Joel & Tommy back in the day before Tommy ran off to join the fireflies, same way it swapped between Ellie with Riley and Ellie looking for medicine for Joel in the present like Left Behind

Have you played the game? she literally lives in a stadium with a gym and a farm.
its not that hard to believe a woman bent on revenge , can work-out and obtain that physique.
There are women built like that in real life if you didnt know.

We'll see in the long run but everyone just assumes a Part 3 will sell well when the game is getting bad word of mouth from real fans of the first game not everyone who hates the game is an angry CAC incel

People keep bringing up the first week sales as if the game wasn't hyped like crazy and a good amount of people who went in blind hate this game now because of the false advertising, forced characters, and IMO mediocre story compared to the first with a cliched message that's been done a thousand times. Those people would have never bought the game if they knew how things would unravel

Got Sony/ND DMCA bombing and blacklisting people for having an opinion

Imagine waiting 7 years for God of War, them killing Kratos in the dumbest way possible that goes against his character, playing as his son, then be forced to play as the character who killed him to try to force some cliched revenge is bad message on you. That would destroy that franchise
I just don't think Neil is that great of a writer
Would love to be proven wrong for their next game though

Yep, said it on the last page, the crowd will probably be different by the time the new games come out. Worst case scenario is folks get mad all over again by the story but the majority ain't skipping on a title that will show the PS5's true power.

UC2 is Amy as she was lead writer and came up with the Uncharted idea, UC4 is Amy's script Neil just tweaked it (original script had Sam as the villain and dumbass Neil wanted to kill off Elaine in part 2 like for what?)
UC:LL was dope I'll give you that that's why I said I wouldn't mind being pleasantly surprised for their next game
But that's just building off of/extending the ideas created by the people who are no longer there so they already had a laid out template to work with
TLOU1 Neil wasn't even game director Bruce was
They balanced each other out that's why we didn't get the dumb story Neil originally had for the first game because Bruce realized Neil's ideas didn't make sense in the back drop of an apocalypse
Bruce got burned out and left
The games of the past are the result of Neil, Bruce, Amy and the rest of the team working together
That makeup of ND is not the same anymore as Bruce, Amy, and 70% of the developers left
It's all Neil now
