Read up on Durst years back when 'All Good Things' came out, but I was late on this….Three episodes in, very enjoyable, well shot and produced crime documentary, interesting too see the murderer being interviewed….It is basically just a fleshed out Dateline or Forensic Files episode though.

So, Susan Berman's son leaves for a three week European vacation, with his Mom's house looking like a cartel safe house for kidnap victims in Juarez with sheets on the windows

I don't know if should spoiler this for brehs that have not seen the episodes but I will do it anyway.

This whole documentary tells me that if you have a shyt load of money, you can basically get away with anything. How stupid American juries are. If you present the "facts" to a bunch of low IQ dummies, you can basically walk free.
Even that Galveston lawyer was like "Freedom comes at a cost"
How incompetent the fukken police are. They couldn't examine the hand writings themselves, I mean they suspected him right? They couldn't go through her things and find the letter that matched the note sent to police?

I think ol'boy is going to walk again, get the best attorneys to argue the nikka is senile or some shyt. He was talking to imaginary friend.

For an old breh, he sure is strong, wtf? chopping up body parts, hauling them down to the shore line. Driving all the way from one end of California to another to commit the murder and then drive back. wtf?

Them lawyers got him off of killing a breh and dismembering his body, this is going to be light work.

Mannnn, ol'boy is clever as shyt, especially when confronted by the two letters side by side.

This documentary was really riveting. God damn.

Just started watching it. I didn't initially watch it for the same reason as @jayshiggs stated.

However, I'm on break and on a whim started watching it and this shyt is damn good and the way some people are easily manipulated or just don't care about these things is . The first detective literally didn't give a shyt when that woman went missing.

Everyone is talking about the final Episode but Episode 2 is the one that really had the in it...

When he lied to the police and told them he had drinks with a friend and he talked to his wife...and he did neither...and then he explained it as..."You know how people ask you questions and you just want to tell them you did something?" and "I thought if I told them that they would leave me alone."

Even better was the supercac cop who gave 0 fukks about dude...the missing wife...or the case in general...

Friends reported her missing and went through dude trash and brought back evidence supercac cop like ""

Friends found a note that insinuates dude made a list of how to get rid of his wife body and supercac cop says "you can't bury somebody here in February it's to cold there is frost on the ground "

Found out dude lied about having drinks with his friend and said "the friend could be the one that is wrong"

shyt was just to see how the police treat cases involving rich non threatening looking white people...that cop wanted nothing to do with that case AT ALL...

Shoutout to Durst second wife...

Dude called and said he was in jail for murder needed 250 grand to post bail...done he was out in 24 hours...

Interviewer tried to ask her what they talked about while he was in prison hit dude with the "I am sure you recorded it no need to talk about it next question"

Some people over at Gawker did some digging on him, ol'boy was one of those cops counting the days until retirement. He basically put in his papers as soon as he could. He then did some work being a consultant for Law & Order and he now runs a private investigation company ()
