The N.O
My theater only had like 10 people in it. No one seemed to care. My girl was freaked out by it though.

As far as the Invisible Man, I give it a 6/10. It was like the Jennifer Lopez, Enough, except the guy stalking her is invisible. Its a cool date movie, but if you seen Enough or Sleeping with the Enemy, you can easily guess the plot and how the movie ends. Very predictable.
I told my girl his bro had part in it the hospital scene pissed me off they watching ALLLLL this shyt on camera :gucci: and the lil girl getting punched :mjtf:bytch you know she ain't move

The main chick acting was horrible she looked old as fukk in the face with them fake teeth

Yeah I told my girl, that once the cops watch the videotape at the restaurant, she’s going to get off. I’ll chop it up due to her being “crazy” and having the murder weapon, they didn’t bother looking at the footage. Open and shut case Jim :russ:maybe in the delete scenes they’ll explain it :troll:

Read the plot and this wouldn't be worth the money to see. I do think you can reimagine Universal's monsters without the "twist" they went with.
I liked it. A reincarnation of a classic Universal monster in this new age. I hope Blumhouse takes off with this and help bring more of these monsters to life on the big screen in an indie-horror way akin to this one.

Just saw the film made $49.2 million worldwide off a $7 million budget :wow:

Am I the only person who saw a lot of paranormal activity in this?
Nah, you not alone. Them long, wide camera pans were reminiscent of scenes from the first iteration.

The way they shot it was clever as fukk and made for an immersive experience IMO. Which brings me back to what another poster said......and I disagree with....

This wasn't a "Wait until it hits Netflix" film to me. I thought it was going to be at first, but there's some scenes in here that just hit differently when you're in a theater than it would in a living room.

Yup. The blank space and the dark ass theater focuses the eye

Yeah I got that vibe a bit.

I for one though this film would look better if it was more artsy. It went from a silent suspense to an action thriller. I would've done a twist at the end where you wouldn't know if the invisible man was still in the room with you. :manny:

That's more scary and intimate way to end this movie. Damn I should've been a screenwriter. :snoop:

It would’ve been dope but from what he’s said, Leigh was going for an actual win for his protagonist. You and him are making two different movies :russ:
