I want NOTHING decided by pollsters or committes.

Conference champions ONLY and everyone must have a title game. If you dissolve the big 12 to do that fukk em. If you add AAC/MWC/MAC to make 8 so be it.

Along with EVERY conference plays the same amount of CONFERENCE games too. That means no EIGHT conference games SEC and play NINE like everybody else

either decide it with the ap poll, or coaches poll whatever.

the BEST teams should make it.

Isn't it travel?..If you are Florida State you don't want to play Oregon in Los Angeles...a lot more likely that stadium will be packed with Ducks fans than Noles fans...easier trip to New Orleans in the Sugar Bowl.

its the playoffs.. unless its a true home vs away game, then I'd understand 1 gets them close to home as does the 4 slot.

top 4 seeds get a bye week

Based on last night's rankings we could have these first round matchups played at the higher seeds stadiums

12 Ole Miss at 5 Ohio State
11 Georgia Tech at 6 Baylor
10 Miss State at 7 Arizona
9 Kansas State at 8 Sparty

your telling me you wouldn't watch those games?

The matchups would be dope.

Plus the FCS has like a 16 team playoff and no one complains about that.

Would have possibly given FSU a cushion had they suffered a loss to say Miami or even Florida. Bama and MSU (until the Ole Miss loss) and even Oregon didn't drop off the radar when they loss and now FSU doesn't get that "luxury". It's like they are being "punished" for being undefeated this late in the season and are gonna be out of the playoffs if they lose this weekend. I mean this week them losing SHOULD drop them out being that they won't even be the conference champs....

I get that.. but guess what.. these are essentially playoff games now. If we lose, we are done. If FSU loses, they are done. They wouldnt even be the conference champion. Same for Alabama or Ohio St...

We all know what the beef is with their seeding right now and it doesnt have to do with where they play the games in the playoffs.

It's actually 40 degrees outside today and clear. Not to bad.

Higher seeds should get the home games to make it a true playoff then the title game can rotate between, orange bowl, rose bowl, sugar bowl, fiesta bowl, jerry world, and Indy.

Even though Baylor should get the nod over TCU because they beat them head to head .....

I do think that TCU is the better team between the two and that's obviously what the committee went with
