I used to just download iTunes quality albums for free from the internet but recently my iPhone deleted all of the non-purchased music that I had, so I had to go back and rebuy the songs that I had before. I see nothing wrong with buying music, at least you have a place to store it.
exactly why I don't fukk with apple :heh:

No problem with anyone who doesn't pay for music but if it's worth it I'm dropping cash on other to support but also so later on down the line I still have it. 90% of the albums I cop I havent even opened yet because I have it downloaded. With the way physical music is going do you know what physical copies of some of this shot will be worth...FIRST EDITIONS UNOPENED... in ten to fifteen years?

When I was a teenager I spent hundreds probably thousands of dollars on music.I was in them record stores EVERY tuesday, then when I got a computer I downloaded everything :pachaha: now I buy music from artists who arent gonna sell much regardless.Like Saigons last album I bought 5-6 songs off of it

When it's an artist, especially one that isn't mainstream and is really depending on the support to put out more projects...hell yea I feel good about my purchase and I don't purchase that many, 10 in a year is a stretch.

It ain't about a hustle forward or backward, it's about Hip Hop and helping sustain the movements and careers that I feel add something to it. I can see cats not paying for music, as long as you aren't the nikka complaining about quality this and that..download away...but getting mad or ridiculing other people for supporting artists that bring them joy in some capacity?

I have no problems buying albums off band camp for smaller artists. If an album is good I'll support it at bigger e-department stores. I also buy merch and go to tours. A lot of artists aren't really making money like that.

5, 10, 15 dollars isn't gonna make or break me :yeshrug:
