I have a Sony A7II, but high key that shyt is overkill. You can get good pics with a $500 Canon/Nikon/Sony anything. I would probably do a Sony A6000 with like 2-3 lenses. I like photography, and I have computers hooked up to flat screens so I blow my pics all the way up. So I need that quality.

Those Croatia pics are dope, reminds me of the South of France. I went to Paris last year, and took the train to Nice, ferry to St. Tropez, train to Cannes (which was amazing, and my favorite in the south), and Monaco, Monte Carlo. St. Tropez ferry was cool, it was so rough and stormy, the boat was getting close to 'Perfect Storm', up and down the waves, we took a bus back, through the countryside. Paris is amazing, loved the Seine, shopping in the fashion district, the Latin Quarter, the whole feel of the city, stayed at Hotel Costes, which is easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I like a nice hotel. Cannes was almost dreamlike, in it's beauty and elegance, stayed at the Martinez, swam at the beach in front of all the private yachts, it's a pretty decadent feel, very French. Sunset was surreal.

Went to Barcelona, and Mallorca in September, I really loved Barcelona, probably as much as Paris, ate incredible food, from Michellin Star spots to little tapas hole in the wall places, went to the club at the top of the W, which is pretty cool in of itself, as far as architectural design, and the club was cool too. Met some gorgeous Moroccan girls, so I will be expediting a trip there. Ferry to Mallorca. Ate at this spot in Mallorca, 5 star type, but very low key, you can watch the chefs cook from the diing area, tv's behind the kitchen, very trendy, progressive, foodie, chefs menu only. Hit this market everyday, got fresh seafood, and they cook it for you at the bar. The culture, the design, the women, the food, just the feel of the city, I never want to come home when I go to Europe. Met one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen, eastern european, sitting next to me on the flight from Barcelona, which couldn't have ended the trip better.

Miami: First time there, flew in from NY last summer, stayed at the Edition, (which was really dope) hit the club downstairs, BAssment, which has an ice skating rink, bowling alley, and three clubs. Lot of hookers. In general a more European feel, better fashion, and in addition to the Latin ones, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Cuban, the Southern women were really cool, very down to earth, easy to talk to, watched some girl borderline humiliate some idiot trying to get at her. Took a trip into Lil' Hati and Liberty City on foot, after taking the bus from South Beach, wrenching poverty, which funds the 24/7 party scene in Collins, lots of exploitation and suffering, people who were welcoming and helpful...Walking through Liberty City, a dude on a bike with a grill very respectfully asked if I was a famous movie star... Went to a vodoo shop in Lil' Hati, women with the half beads and long, long fingernails....Swimming as a thunder storm passes in the dusk was really dope. Eating dinner with a view of the water, watching thunder and lightning. Miami was cool. I grew up on Miami Vice lol

Next year, I'd like to go to London, Morocco, Chicago, Madrid, Marbella, Italy. I'll probably get to three places max on that list, but longterm, Egypt is def. somewhere I want to go. My grandparents lived there for most of my childhood.

I'm :( that the Middle East is in shambles. I'd love to go to Turkey & Egypt, and maybe even Iran.

Next trip is probably gonna be the West Coast, and then a trip around Northern Europe (Germany and Nordic countries where wifey is from). I wanna go to Asia just to say I went but I'm not sure where... and those flights :sadcam:

MIA and Barcelona are two of my favorite destinations. Some people in TLR were trying to argue that MIA ain't shyt I was like :dahell:. It's definitely a destination you have to have $$$ to fully enjoy but that's anywhere really. What's cool about MIA is you have every vibe you could possibly ever want within 30 minutes of each other. From a truly international nightlife/eating/shopping/beach destination like South Beach, arts district like Wynwood, quiet luxury on North Beach/Bal Harbor, black neighborhoods and history like you described and the up and coming Brickell district which is young professional heaven. There's always art exhibits, music festivals, DJ's and rappers in town.

Barcelona is kind of the same way actually, and the cities are kind of comparable when you think about it. Barcelona is one of the few major European cities that is on a legit beach. Always big time DJ's coming through town. Very international destination with Europeans, Americans, Asians and North Africans all there. Shopping and dining mecca where Mediterranean food merges with more traditional Spanish cuisine. That:ohhh: Gaudi architecture too.

Both cities are highly recommended to my HL brehs.

Alright brehs, I made a move today. Booked my spring break to Amsterdam and Paris. Going by my self. Arriving into Amsterdam Tuesday A.M. and leaving from Paris on Sunday in the A.M. Got the flights for $500 (American Airlines running a good deal) and the train ride between the two for $45. Going to stay in hostels the whole trip.

Now I need attraction suggestions. Best "coffee shops" and sites to see in Amsterdam and best stuff to see in Paris.

I don't know where you booked in Paris, but just get an AirBnB in the Latin Quarter and feast :blessed: I don't know that I would bother much with the sightseeing shyt in Paris, the city is so great just on its own. It's exactly like NYC in that way

I recently went to abroad for the first time, Got the train down to England and got the ferry.

Really like history so I visited the D day beaches and saw some old bunkers and had a look at the Bayeux Tapestry. It's like a huge comic strip detailing the Norman conquest.

Would recommend it to anyone who has a chance to go.

Egypt isn't too bad. It's not the same as when I went there in 2010 but its calmed down a bit. Lots to do in Cairo. Alexandria is a must visit.

Sinai is a bit crazier with the ISIS linked groups fighting the Egyptian army. But Mount Sinai is breath taking. And Dahab is mad chill. Sharm Al Sheikh is filled with Euro trash but it was good to see it once. This is Mt. Sinai:

Turtle Island to DXB
I will not divulge too much information for this potential data mining experiment, but visited about every US state including Hawaii and Alaska in addition to living on three continents and traveling in EMEA region and Latin America. Sadly, too many Americans do not explore their own country. Hawaii was my favorite because of the diverse terrain, weather and culture. Took a helicopter into Kilauea when it was active and thanked the Goddess Pele for her gift. Black, white and green sand beaches throughout the island. Also saw a rainbow up close on Queen Kaʻahumanu Highway. Touched a sea turtle. And Avis loaned everyone Mustang convertibles at the time which awesome. Also had the best malasadas ever, even better than when I was in Lisbon at Punalu'u Bake Shop. Paris was the the most overrated and worst city. Best to buy souvenirs outside of the Eiffel Tower by the African brehs hustling, the light up ones are like 2 for 10 euro but if you flirt they will cut you a deal...

Here are a few of the discount travel sites used if I can't get a hook up:

The Flight Deal (have to be ready to book because deals are daily and they go fast, especially departing from LAX)

Günstige Flüge online buchen – Flug-Angebote vergleichen | fluege.de/ (all-inclusive vacations and last minute deals if departing from Europe; language in German but if you aren't fluent just open in chrome for translation)

Blind Booking - Booking - Eurowings (Cheap flights if traveling out of Europe, part of Lufthansa)

Volaris® La aerolínea mexicana con las mejores tarifas. (cheap Mexican flights, for those of us who live near San Ysidro border - can cross by foot to the airport with the bridge without your ride having to go pass the border into Mexico. Don't need a visa but best to buy one (like $20) at airport especally if you are pushing Ye)

https://www.crossborderxpress.com/tickets (ticket to cross TJ/San Diego)

Asiatravel.com | Hotels Resorts Air Ticketing Tours Packages Reservation (good hotel deals for Asia. Read the fine print when booking Dubai hotels as they have changed their policies about couples with mixed passports rooming together)

AfroLatino Travel | AfroLatinoTravel@gmail.com (African themed latin; travel cool people, Dash hasn't updated the site in the while so I don't know what they are doing for 2017)

If you want more can message me.
