hardest part of it for me IMO is all the goddamn time i spend at work. would love to be in the gym or running rather than staring at a computer screen all day
i'm over having flabby and sick friends. they are at a point where they will never change even tho some swear they are gonna hit the gym soon

You know what's worse? Having
coworkers in the office while staring at that screen all day. Got a overweight black woman in there with me and hear this multiple times a week:"I'm on a new diet"
"I'm drink my shake, it's something healthy"
"Tryna lose this weight girrrrrl"
I can count on one hand how many times she's brought up exercising in the year I've been at this job.
*I decide to pass on a certain food for lunch*
"Motife, you tryna be healthy?"
bytch I AM healthy! Diet x exercise = healthy lifestlye
The worst is when they always hitting you up when you about to workout
