They clearly put the 360 that high because of what it did for online console gaming and achievements, but you can't rate that console and ignore the Red Ring Of Death or its depleting video game life cycle.

i see a lot of people complaining about the N64 placement but you gotta keep in mind the system itself was trash. it was extremely difficult to develop games for - like the ps3 of the 90s. controller was also pretty bad looking back on it. it was saved by the library but i actually think the gamecube had a better library overall

The 360 was special. That and the PS2 are my favorite consoles of all time. The PS2 for all the nostalgia and fun games from my childhood and the 360 for introducing me to online gaming.

OG Xbox has one of the worse game line ups ever for a major console. There is no way it could be ahead of N64 or PS3.

360 brought online gaming and MMO to the unwashed masses, ps4 did do anything other than let you stream Netflix and have a big ass hard drive, take it out the top 10.
