I wont say removable batteries are dead...(theyre not) BUT SD cards will most probably go the way of the dodo...Nexus phones dont even use them anymore. 32 or 64 gb of internal UNIFIED storage is the way to go. Only problem is when n!ggas charge $100 for a jump from 32 to 64 gb

Removable storage isn't that really a big of deal though. My Galaxy note 2 has a 64 gig card in it and Ive never had over 20 gigs of storage in it at any given time. And its mostly movies and music that takes up the vast majority of storage. Internal storage is far more useful as you can actually use it for more shyt (like apps and games) 32 gig internal is really the sweet spot for phone storage imho.

If ur phone supports the adapter to expand storage like the HTC One...than it isn't needed to be built into the phone...that shyt started actin up like a muthafukka on my GS3 since android started fukkin wit the support for the cards n shyt...long as the phone is 32gbs and more internally I'm good...I have the adapter for my One and I have an Ipad and a Nexus 7...it ain't that serious for me...
