This is a moral issue. Its about what is owed. How you think people will spend what is owed isn't your concern.

If this racist country tried to pay reparations to Black people it would bankrupt & cripple the US. The dollar amount cacs made off the backs of Blacks here & worldwide that's owed would be astronomical. With that being said cacs should pay back what they owe whether in money or property that was stolen.

Black people are owed a lot for our contributions to America and the world with all the bullshyt and sacrifices blacks had to endure and still face to this day. All other groups had it easy compared to blacks and black people have sacrificed, contributed, and poured our blood, sweat more than any other group.
