They are banned after 3pm. They had a shootout on 17th street after they got kicked out of Atlantic Station for breaking curfew and fighting

3pm curfew. They need to be permanently banned though without parental supervision. These kids don’t know how to act and parents letting their kids hang out at Atlantic station.

No community centers, both city and suburbs have gone out of their way to make sure public ball courts don't get built, public pools are out...mall or not, bored kids are going to default to these kinds of places. So what's the realistic expectation here, when city planning officials and parents/extended families all treat them like a problem they just wish would go away?
