Every time I go to the MEAC/SWAC Classic at the GSU field I go past the quasi downtown Summerhill area. It’s some local mom & pop shyt & you’ll see white folk chilling there with everyone else. Wasn’t like that 10 years ago. Good investment spot if you got some bread
