North, West, East, South....
If you wanted to be at least 20 mins from downtown but get the biggest crib in a decent area, where and how far would you be willing to live?
I'm in Smyrna area and my girl is in Buckhead. We want to rent a house before potentially buying a crib (if it goes there). Conyers and Lawrenceville are too far on the eastside. Douglasville is the furthers on the west.
On the east-
Lithonia (the area around Arabia Mountain & Arabia Mountain High School are dope..some real nice cribs & Atlanta isn’t far being located right on I-20.
Southside-
Probably McDonough or Stockbridge for what y’all want.
Forest Park in Clay Co is right on the border of Atlanta but the houses there aren’t as good as the ones in McDonough, Stockbridge & Lithonia.
Fairburn has some nice cribs around the Langston Hughes High School area
the South Fulton area around Westlake High School is like the black Buckhead. The homes are beautiful there & it’s near the Camp Creek Marketplace.
If y’all have a lot of bread saved up the area of College Park around Woodward Academy is dope.
Idk too much about the North & West.
