Question for the parents or aunts/uncles.

What's some things out here for kids to do? I have a 13 and 5 yr old. I know about the zoo/aquarium/coca cola world and six flags already. Just want to go out and explore and let them get a feel of their new environment.

Take them for a hike up Stone Mountain or Kennesaw Mountain

Why would you assume the thieves are only black teenagers? :mjpls:
Where did I say the theives would only be black.get your daps. I said that’s the only group I’d be concerned about if (in regards to prison sentencing for black children) :comeon:(meaning that I care for)) read. Of course all type of people do it. Black teens are the only ones I would care about in regards to facing long sentences if the person happened to be a teen or child) who stole a package. You completely read that wrong to get your lil joke off

I know who it will primarily be used against, but see this?

Don't underestimate this. A lot of people working from home, a majority of the population is on some kind of medication, inequality in health care, addicts and hustlers everywhere...follow where that logic leads. People will be out there snatching medications like crazy either for resale or because their family member(s) can't afford their own. Of course the legislators will respond.

Anyone who steals packages needs to go away, black, white, Latino, Asian, etc. If you make an adult decision to commit a felony you need to be prepared to deal with adult consequences. IDGAF who you are

I might let it slide if it's a teen stealing packages but if you a grown ass adult stealing stuff off of peoples property that is definitely a felony.

Outrage as Georgia Republicans advance bill to restrict voting access

Outrage as Georgia Republicans advance bill to restrict voting access
Democrats decry ‘modern-day voter suppression’ as Republican-controlled senate votes to curtail no-excuse absentee voting

Georgia lawmakers have advanced a measure that would significantly curtail voting access after a record number of voters propelled Democratic victories in the 2020 race.

The measure scraped through 29-20 in the GOP-controlled Georgia senate, which was the absolute minimum number of votes Republicans needed. Four Republicans, including some in competitive races, sat out the vote, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The bill, SB 241, would end the right to vote by mail without having to provide an excuse, a policy that Georgia Republicans implemented in the state in 2005. More than 1.3 million people voted by mail in the 2020 general election in the state. Under the bill only people age 65 and older, or who have one of a handful of state-approved excuses, would be allowed to vote by mail. Just 16 other states currently require a voter to give an excuse to vote by mail.

The legislation also would require voters to provide identification information, such as a driver’s license number, both when they apply to vote by mail and when they return the ballot.

Republicans have frequently held up the specter of voter fraud to justify such restrictions, though there were several vote recounts in Georgia in the 2020 race, as well as audits, and officials found no such wrongdoing.
