I cant read the article because I use ad block, but itll be interesting to see who moves in these homes. westside is home of atlanta's culture..more young black professionals should be moving there.

Volunteer – 100 Black Men of Atlanta
any of yall volunteer with the 100 BOA? Im thinking about doing it.

I know a few with 100 Black Men and their younger auxiliary club The Emerging 100. Those brothers are doing great things all over Atlanta

Nah this is Riverside/Upper Westside community. You can take South Atlanta Rd basically straight shot into the city, pass the new Publix and Race Trac and all types of new development over there. Top Golf is like 5 minutes from this area, V Live is another 5-10 minutes away. Kind of a slept on part of town but it's boomin like crazy

Anything within easy distance of that westside Beltline trail is going to get gentrified heavily. It doesn't really make sense but they'll try to mirror that entire east Beltline stretch from Krog St Market to Piedmont Park.

The new Westside beltline is gonna go through English Ave so Bankhead being gentrified is already a foregone conclusion

As someone who's somewhat up in IT, I think this might be where I might have to cut this one off at the legs. I manage a large number of Indians.

I am a firm believer America should do a much better job getting it's natural born residents more into IT and not just the nerds from successful families.

Those Indians don't come broke and off the plane and white folks are like, here, a job.

8 out of 10 of them come to American with the EB3 visa and most have many years of experience and tremendous talent and an International company giving them that visa is the ultimate job offer or opportunity that most Indians in IT dream of. So when they come, they were already doing that job in India and in some cases for that company or were doing it from a previous company.

India President in the early 90s said India will lead in tech and create more IT professionals than anywhere in the world. At the time, it was seen as a joke but it's serious business now. It's like playing hoops and being Black. Everyone knows it kinda a way out but the difference is for us, hoops is really a dream, IT is a reality.

While there are a lot of meh talents in India in IT, there are more stars than usual. More than I seen in the states. To shyt on Indians wouldn't be a fair assessment in my opinion. That's like cacs shytting on Blacks for being good hoopers as if we weren't shooting in the fukking gym.

IT is a way out of poverty there but for many, its a way to more riches as many come from middle class to upper middle class families.

As for whites in Atlanta. Probably the best city in America to me for them. An abundance of jobs. SEC country. Most love Trump so racism is right up their alley and they don't have to pretend they like being around Blacks cause they don't which they do in Northern cities.

An abundance of c00ns who tap dance for security so they always feel comfortable.

Blacks have their own shyt here so the begging is at an min as it's not Milwaukee where everyone Black is broke af and whites gonna hold the racist af L.

Cacs in Atlanta got it made in Atlanta. Not saying Atlanta is a piece of cake for cacs but you can make it MUCH MUCH easier than a BM or BW.

Pho24, Pho Dai Loi 2, Pho Bac, Nam Phuong. All Vietnamese.
Mamak is Malaysian. (If you go here, walk a coupla doors down to Sweet Hut Bakery after.)
Bo Bo Garden & LanZhou Ramen are both Chinese.

All on Buford Hwy and ITP. There are lots of others OTP and in different places, but those are good starting points. Hope that helps.

Whats a good Asian spot to take a chick on a first date?

My wife loves Thai food so here's my top 3:

-Chai Yo (in Buckhead across the street from Shops at Buckhead, Peachtree Rd). Modern take on Thai food, the restaurant makes you feel like you're in Thailand. Not too expensive but not cheap either. Food is outstanding. Kinda ducked off so a little more private environment

-Tuk Tuk (in South Buckhead in the shopping plaza across the street from the Amtrak Station, Peachtree). Meals from Thailand you would find in the local markets there. Very good food and not too pricey. Kinda trendy spot wit an open floor plan

-Nan Thai Fine Dining (on the corner of Spring St/17th St, midtown). Very traditional, classic Thai food. Really really good but by far the most expensive. If you're trying to impress this is your spot
