Ain’t no way in the fukk Atlanta can let the westside near the AUC, Washington High & everything else over there become a white area
the white dude who did the thesis for the Beltline and a Morehouse breh are in the group. I'm sure they only mentioned them for tokenism though lol
Cacs already got a brewery down the street. Also West End Kroger and the whole Abernathy got more whites than I’ve ever seen lately

I don't see it. At most it may become how that little area of Austell or whatever is where you see a few new builds, but it's too far from the city core imo. Maybe mexicans will move in though (assuming they aint already)

My grandparents both passed away last year and lived in the Westview neighborhood off Beecher and MLK and I promise you I've never seen more white people moving in over there. So the Beltline is a big reason for that
That said I don't see Zone 1 or Zone 4 becoming anywhere as close as to what some people are saying it will be but yes white people are moving in over there in droves

Pretty good read. I didn’t know he been up there for 27 years. Columbia & South Atlanta have always been the best black schools when it comes to basketball, but Miller Grove had the juice a few years ago in DeKalb until their coach went on to Georgia State
