The only thing I disagree with is that he makes the DDT look really good and "special" (unlike that Dirty Deeds) His is at least a "lifting" DDT and not just a drop from the midsection.

I think it's good because Roode is only 6 feet tall but the DDT can be done to really anyone (minus Big Show or Braun probably). He sells it credibly.

it is a glorified edgecutioner or gangrel ddt. It is bullshyt and real talk roode always suffered from weak finisher and had to be rebuilt with a more modern advanced finisher which lead to him finally getting the programs that lead to this WWE signing. that ddt is not credible Inring versus lashley. If you wanna example of what I mean.

no because if it was a hhh real push he would be on raw and booked to go over Brock. While standing on brock's neck sitting in a chair and dominating all the vignettes and the match finish as well.

LOL I was gonna argue this but that is 100% what HHH would to for himself.

Hell, he's probably going to do that to one of the four guys in Sundays main event, the night after royal rumble.

IMO that's his fault because they tried one or two other finishers and couldn't come up with anything major. He can do some other shyt. Even braun was doing a few things before they settled with the powerslam. Which honestly is not worthy of him but they're selling it as a kill move.

I could see him with a Steiner recliner, a spinning lariat, or a few things that would be better tbh

Midcard jobbers do that rolling samoan drop tho. Plus he can't do that to every person regardless of size, whereas the DDT can be applied up and down the weight scale. The pedrigee holds him back and just drops him right into HHH's shadow. Roode is standing on his own with the DDT..... What will help him is the ddt not being used as a transition move 15 times earlier in the show.

He needs to get more height on that dtt if he'sgonna use it as a finisher. the roll thru one he did on hidio itami and ones he did on naka were amazing and should be the standard if they want to make him a legit main card.
