He wasn't in the movie aside from the intro. I heard an interview with one of their story editors talking about how they tried to shoehorn as many people into that intro as they could since they knew they'd never get them into the actual movie. I dont think Bludd was even in crowd shots at Cobra HQ or Cobra-La

I loved the TV show but damn I thought that movie was comical. We fell out on that Cobralalalalala! warcry. Who the fukk is that scaring?

I remember them bushing Cobra commander for Sepentor "this I command!", Nemesis Enforcer (that was a hard name though ), some trash new characters they introduced, Don Johnson voiced the scrub "undisciplined but has potential who wakes up and realizes it at the end" character.

Plus that lame ass "death" scene at the end. I guess they planned on killing off Duke but changed it to "OMG he fell into a coma!"

Shame because the annual made for TV movies were epic. I heard this one was going to go to theaters but they didn't think it would make money.
