I hear what you are saying, but regardless of what realm we engage in, if we view working and maintaining positions in other peoples shyt as the apex , it'll jus be more of the same..thats be it rap sports education or technology. We have plenty of "black" universities that are founded & funded, hence, YOKED by white money. That isnt the pathway to change. We'll just have super visable yet disposable Jay Zs and Diddys and Jackie Robinsons at microsoft, Pfizer etc...same shyt different sport.
I say that to say...its more of the mentality behind our endeavors and how we view "success" than what we choose to involve ourself in.....
