Epic Games just takes what's already popular and refined it. They've tried to make their own MOBA after the League of Legends craze but cancelled that shyt (Paragon (video game) - Wikipedia). Now they've struck gold with the battle royal shyt.

League of legends is 10 years after MOBAs came out though.. DOTA been popular since the early 2000s.

PUBG started this wave and couldnt capitalize off of it like Fortnite

I know the PUBG creators are pissed

H1Z1 selling 8 million copies before PUBG was even a thing started this wave..

If you dont like Fortnite thats fine. But using League of Legends and PUBG as examples as “the 1st to do it and Epic/fortnite is just copying” is not a valid reason since those games are copies of other games.

shyt if we keeping it 100, DOTA aint even first MOBA the mode was a popular custom game in Starcraft/Warcraft originally called AOS, dota stole they style and got more popular
