If the Galaxy S line can now use the S-Pen then it's basically a Note phone anyway. Just allow the pen to be inserted and call it good. They're moving on to the foldable phones as premium phones anyway so why make Note users wait till August just so they can store the pen in the phone?

No it used to have a point. Then the larger Galaxy S phones infringed on it partially. Not them getting the S-Pen cements it.

That’s what I’m saying just merge the S and Note line into a single phone and do the foldable when the Note used to be released.

I’m gonna sound like a old man but i really don’t see the point in getting hype over phones at this point either way. They’ve hit their technological peak years ago. The only thing that gets improved now is the speed of the OS and camera.

I thought by now every phone would have wireless charging and unbreakable screens

I haven't tried them. I need them to go a few more generations before I jump in.

I converted to the Note around the 5 and I've had the 7, 8, 9, 10, and now the 20. Before then I was on the S line.

I'm not understanding the issue, they're adding pen support to the S line because they're about to discontinue the Note. If not in 2021 then 2022, until then it's an optional add on.
