Nice poster but they getting lazy with em, what happened to posters like these?
Their isn't a major marquee match. AJ & Shinsuke aren't household names to casual fans.
it's a dream match though
Probably more on Nakamura's case than AJ to be honestTheir isn't a major marquee match. AJ & Shinsuke aren't household names to casual fans.

They've set WrestleMania up so that they can just throw any match on there and it'll still do great business. It's basically a week long wrestling carnival capped off with the PPV and the "RAW AFTER MANIA!" The brand is the draw rather than the main match, so sadly you get really lazy marketing.Nice poster but they getting lazy with em, what happened to posters like these?
That’s what :flabbyvince: has spent the last 14 years working on. It’s really the only show that’s name is a draw so usually they put very little effort into making anything on the card a draw itself. Aside from AJ vs Shinsuke, there isn’t really a match that the crowd is gonna be hot for at all. If basically your entire card is forgettable, then they can argue that nobody is a draw and don’t have to prioritize anyone. They've set WrestleMania up so that they can just throw any match on there and it'll still do great business. Nobody has that aura anymore. Like when you watch the Attitude era, guys like Austin, HHH and Rock were completely into their characters, characters who were driven to win championships and dominate the sport. There's no intensity that feels real, just some storylines with no stakes.I think this is why a lot of people have been turned off with wrestling and find it corny. Back in the day there was people that looked like they could legit kick your ass, they made faces like they could kick your ass, nowadays you got all the smiling faces and shyt and a lot of characters don't call for that. Look at Finn Balor, this guy supposed to have some demon in him but yet he be smiling like an extra on half baked. You still have some badasses in WWE but they're a dime a dozen.

This is largely a problem the company has as a whole right now. The entire environment looks too pristine. It looks too bright and vivid. It doesn’t need to be late 90’s ECW levels of low budget and low audio/video quality, but it looks like an assembly line production void of any real soul. Simplicity is nice sometimes. They look like video game characters. Especially AJ and Charlotte, look at the skin. Everything looks so fake and polished.
