I actually like the idea of a female Red Death this show was always lacking in good female villains

Cicada II was terrible and Mirror Monarch was mid. In the comics Red Death was an alternate Bruce Wayne so it was always going to be someone different.

it was also confirmed that Keiynan Lonsdale (Wally West/Kid Flash), David Ramsey (John Diggle/Spartan), and Sendhil Ramamurthy (Ramsey Rosso/Bloodwork) will also be joining the cast.
