I can't lie I was expecting them to do something more sinister with the flashpoint paradox, so far it has been pretty weak.

sinister in what way?

I was hoping it would last up until the mid season break in dec ..episode 9.. and the return would be the 4 night crossover to somehow get supergirl's earth in our universe.

You act like Barry never took an L. Did you miss RF beating the brakes off Barry in season 1? I know you didn't forget that ass whooping world tour Zoom took him on.

He came back better after those, why couldn't Wally? Since the only known speedster he would have to fight was dead everyone else would have been easy.
