At first, Final Destination 5 felt like a waste of time.

How does a bridge crumple like paper with no real concrete (pun intended) evidence given? Why's there so much dialogue? Where's the gory deaths? Candyman appearance; cool, but why is the movie taking itself so serious? Killing someone else will take your death place, okay. The black guy's actually going to make it. Those were my random thoughts throughout the flick.

Alll that change, when the two couples got on Flight 180, and you saw the tie-in to the first Final Destination. I sat up for a good minute like :ohhh::wow:

They got me good. It also redeemed what otherwise was a shytty movie. Now, I have to rewatch to see, if I could pick up on the clues that explains it being a prequel to the original.

Final Destination 1 and 3 are my favorites from the franchise.

rewatching it, my first clue that i noticed was that the jewish guy's cell phone was old as hell. i was wondering :wtf: the whole movie and when i saw the end i was like "now it all makes sense"

I caught on as soon as they started talking about going to Paris

and i was wondering "why do they keep bringing up Paris?" :wtf:"

and then I thought about the first movie and went "I see what you did there! :skip:"

Personally I love this franchise,if they can keep coming up with elaborate set piece death scenes at the beginning of all the flix and have some nice looking white bytches to stare at for a hour and a half I'm good!!!!!!

:birdman:

:myman:

One of the better movie franchises going right now honestly Id take a sixth Final Destination over a fukking remake these days.:gladbron:

Yeah I got no problem with the movies continuing. It's great watching a masterpiece film and all but sometimes I like my movies with senseless and over the top gruesome deaths.

Final Destinations be catering to that.

Nah breh they need to keep going with these. These movies are bomb because they got the same formula but the writers can make it just as holy shyt as the last one. The opening disaster is always ill too shyt to this day the thought of highway driving terrifies me because of that accident in 2.:sadcam:

As long as the next one has elaborate, outlandish set ups for equally outlandish deaths im all for this franchise hitting double digits

I ain't wanna drive for like 2 days afterwards. :to:

Man, I already hate flying as it is. I think about that scene whenever I fly now :sadbron:

I'm waiting for the day they play the first movie and the grey back to back as in-flight movies. :to:
