I was speaking directly to reality tv. I consider that to be the worst television era and genre created.All the greatest tv shows came out in the late 80's 90's 2000's
You can't deny that breh.
But you deny that reality shows like Big Brother, Survivor and American Idol changed the face to tv for everyone. Look at the ratings. I don't care much for reality shows, but I can't deny they took over tv. out of the 1000 channels, majority of them shyts is reality tv.

Well, maybe it's more of a Coli thing overall then a Film Room thing but I was expecting bunch of "Only white people can laugh at this. fukking cacs" comments
Oh...well nah man to me funny is funny. and it's one of the best written shows ever. If you like the simpsons, you like arrested development

I put Simpsons #1 but I can't stand Arrested Development. For me its a little above average that has the worst fanbase in the world. Every person I know that watched it during the OG run are really pretentious people and act like AD saved TV from doom and they played a big part in it. The kind of people that don't try anything unless they knew it would be considered edgy, goofy or artistic and laugh at people that don't enjoy the same things they enjoy because they know they are dumb "sheeple"

Complete opposite experience: I watched the first season and got up to season 5 in a few days a year or two ago because I just couldn't turn it off

Doesn't mean other people wouldn't.Toy Hunter, House Hunters International, Buying The Beach, OG Storage Wars, Big Brother, Master Chef/Master Chef Junior, Love And Hip-Hop Hollywood... Reality tv is my guilty pleasure.

But like you are showing it's a lot of diverse and good programming. Use to watch Amazing Race religiously, might have to get back into it since i see a new season just started...never was into Survivor like that...HGTV definitely has a lot of decent programs, watching Egypt Sherrod's thick sexy ass on Property Virgins 
Caribbean Life, Island Life, Beachfront Bargain Hunt, etc... Still love Big Brother when it's on, Real Housewives of Atlanta too...is First 48 considered reality tv cuz i watch that religiously too.

My problem with most reality tv is that I know I'm being lied to but nobody is admitting it. I don't care if its real or fake, drama is drama but don't lie about it.
