I get on the HFBoards sub for the Canucks from time to time. A LOT of those bozos have been mad about the JT Miller trade since it was made. Mind you, it was a late first, a third and some scrub prospect.

Most NHL teams and fans are idiots. These people value picks and prospects WAY more than they should. It doesn't surprise me that Vegas got into the league and has been taking advantage of these other teams since day one.

Vegas is gonna be tough to beat again circumventing the cap with this LTIR bullshyt - Martinez apparently has a broken toe, Stone with his lacerated spleen so they're able to go shopping now but these guys will be back in the 1st round. Wonder where Guentzel will go, if he goes to VGK too there will be a riot

It's ridiculous the NHL hasn't closed that loophole yet. How many years is it gonna take? The regular season cap should apply to the postseason as well.
