Ray Donovan and Low Winter Sun are both botched attempts at making the next great anti-hero drama.

Justified is currently going into it's 5th season so that's on it's way out in a couple of years(will take the throne as the best high stakes drama on tv once Breaking Bad is through)

Boardwalk Empire is a really good show, but hasn't been as consistently great as it's predecessors.

I mean we still have The Americans to look forward to(the best serialized drama out of the new class)
