THE EAST IS TRASH
AND BRON GONNA WALK RIGHT THROUGH THOSE 50 WIN TEAMS.

WEST HAS 9 TEAMS WITH 46+ WINS.
THESE TEAMS BEAT UP ON EACH OTHER NIGHTLY.

If wins=Currency

The East would be backed by copper

The West by Gold.

Most folks don't know true value when they see it, tho.

They want the shiny, glittery stuff.

Type of folk who would take 3 shiny nickels over a crumpled up $100 bill.

To lazy to do a thorough inspection

Now factor in injuries. Twolves were well on their way to 50 before Butler went down. Spurs been without Kawhi all year, New Orleans lost Boogie halfway through the season, OKC lost Roberson (small name but the team went to shyt after he went down), Jazz lost Gobert for a large part of the season, Nuggets without Milisap for more than half the year. Pretty much all those teams would've had over 50 wins without all the injuries.

Western conference is about to have a 46 win team not make the playoffs ( Denver or Minny), that same team would be the sixth seed out east. Hell, the 10th seeded clippers would be the 7th seed in the East.

and the East 8th and 7th seed will have 44-46 wins ? Denver would still be a bottom seed in the East cuz they suck on the road...Minny minus Butler would be a 7-8th seed in the East.

The east last two seeds will only have 43 wins. Denver would be a sixth seed one game out from fifth.
Denver could suck on the road, but they probably would have 50 wins in the east since they wouldn’t have to play Golden state or Houston 4x times a year.

Instead of losing 4 times a year to GS and HOU theyd lose 4 times a year to BOS,TOR or CLE...

I think in a few years, this era is going to be met with a small asterisk.

We know the best teams in the league are really good; but we really are unsure of exactly how good because of the proliferation of the "tanking" teams.

I think some questions can be asked about whether the inflation of 50 win teams in the East as well as the seemingly high amount of injuries this year can be attributed to the constant gear shifts competitive players have to do when playing a few talking teams and then switching to play 110% against hard fought opponents.

If you race against children and then the next race is the Olympics, there's probably a good chance you may injure yourself.

I'm feeling like the same can be said in the NBA. We probably have so many teams going through the motions that many players aren't becoming accostumed to hard fought games.

Anyone acting like the Rockets or Warriors will be challenged is fooling themselves. The East may have more of a competition than the west.
