No one can forget this touching moment in the Buu Saga
Vegeta sacrifices his own life to try and kill Buu.
Compare that to this
The difference, when Vegeta did his sacrifice he KNEW there was an afterlife, he knew he could be wished back, and his original intention was to die and go train with King Kai and Goku, but Piccolo told him you aren't getting any reward you fukkin fakkit, because you literally didnt do shyt the whole fukkin series except get your ass beat over and over while Goku saved the planet
When Goku sacrificed himself he had no idea what would happen, he had no clue if there was an afterlife. They also only had 3 dragonballs so he had no idea if they'd ever find the other 4.
Vegeta's sacrifice was also painless, while Goku took a hole in his chest and slowly bled out.
But the biggest difference between Goku and Vegeta's sacrifce, was of course Vegeta failed (did no damage whatsoever to fatass buu) and Goku succeeded
