I think the last episode was when the Franco twins shyt stopped being a novelty. I've never been a big James Franco fan but I can see some of the subtle shyt he's laying out there physically (acting-wise) to distinguish Vin and Frankie. It's starting to pay dividends.
I like the last ep the best but my wife didn't like it at all. I tried to explain that they are developing the characters, and this last ep did a great job at that, but she only cares about the visceral, in your face shyt, lol, I feel like a bytch. I hope she keeps interest, I just don't have time to catch up on this shyt if she doesn't want to keep watching.
This is my new shyt. They really found ways to humanize everyone even the pimps. My fav characters are lil black girl (forgot her name) and her man and the francos. All the characters are good.
Lol at big mike putting dude in the yolk until it hit lmao
I just really like that hbo group of actors they use. Seeing so many familar faces from classic hbo shows from jackie aprile (rudy) to dangelo (cop) is dope.
Third ep was the best. I always generally fukked with Franco but it took a minute for me to buy him as the two brothers. Ewan McGregor was way more natural with it in Fargo but those twins looked a lot different so it's harder for Franco but this last ep felt a lot less forced.
Also CiCi is a great character too. A lot of great characters in it. The least interesting one is the college chick just because her arc seems like it'll be the most typical but who knows. I trust David Simon to deliver the piff.
