They’ve already passed bipartisan legislation so not all provisions are a no from the right.

I don't know if the 6 trillion version of BBB will ever get passed now. With the failure of the voting rights legislation and Manchin and Sinema acting a fool now Congress doesn't have the stomach to pass a huge bill like that which is insanely unpopular with the American public.
Not to mention, there is also no stomach to pass it bc Joe Biden doesn't know what day it is and he's arguably the most unpopular President in US history. Only 1 year into his term and his approval ratings are in the dumps.
Like someone said if it's broken up into pieces, that could work, just like the first one.
