I agree. I've never watched Prison Break but after seeing him on Flash and on NBC's Today show this morning, dude has zero charisma. Always thought they could've done a lot better with casting Captain Cold.

i watched prison break and i dont remember him being so bad. either i was too young and stupid to realize it or his role shielded his bad acting, or TV has gotten much better since then. probably the last one
