You gotta realize in just a few years he'd shot at police, shot 5 times, and served a prison sentence. After prison he was even more outspoken than before. When he died it really wasn't surprising due to his lifestyle

I remember the incident in Atlanta. I'm surprised he got off.

Was in high school and I remember the teacher received the information on a alphanumeric pager :flabbynsick:

I was born in 94 but the 90s were fukked up.
60s took all the civil rights leaders, 90s musicians were the civil rights leaders - and they all died.
Cobain for the white teenagers, Pac, and Biggie :mindblown:

In retrospect, probably the three definitive faces of the 90s, and we don't have any of them left. I can't comprehend how different the world would be if any one of those guys was still around. This isn't even mentioning all the others who died of drug, or gun related violence :to:

Almost hard to believe that was only 20 years ago.

after class was over hop'd on da A to howard beach - as always underground bumping my CDplayer till i get reception so 30 minutes in... as the train goes above I turn off the CD and turn to hot 97 and I swear the minute that I press the button Angie Martinez is hysterically crying I immediately knew why. her show was towards the end while playing zero music she just talk to her audience till the show was over there after flex came on said a few kind words with ending in RIP played like 3 or 4 pac joints then kept it moving as a typical funk master flex Friday night mix

Sucks we don't have more live reaction to his death.

All we got is the Nas concert being stopped, DJ Quick calling in and that's it.

The nas concert clip is as close we'll get. If only social media was around. All we have are stories but honestly the stories are sensational and I enjoy the stories
