It's the "little beard boy" and the 750 mill comment, which was only funny once. OP made some good points though. I get that D-Bry's run wasn't all it could be (not like he's injured or anything, right?), let's see how it plays out.
Thats why i never give DB or anyone shyt for getting injured, its wrestling. Bound to happen sooner or later, there are very few Jerichos in the wrestling world.
Same here, I'd like to see anyone shytting on DB, Orton, Edge, or BNB go on the road and sacrifice their body 300+ days a year and NOT get injured.
I've always hated the catchphrase and the beard, I think they're both ridiculous. Definitely shouldn't be held against him that his catchphrase is over, though. Props to him for stealing it and using it the way he has. You know any wrestlers who didn't steal or borrow something from somebody else to use as part of their act?
The dude is a phenomenal in-ring talent and a genuinely nice guy who paid his dues for years the old-school way. Dudes like that deserve to succeed.
As far as the injuries go, they have a lot more to do with his all-out style in the ring than being "frail".
I don't believe I've ever seen a legitimately boring D-Bry match and there ain't too many dudes I can say that about.
Lesnar is great and yeah, a better champ. D-Bry is the classic underdog though, and rosters need underdog characters.
So yeah, I'll be sticking with D-Bry.

I like Bryan but his annoying stans and their ridiculous conspiracies created this backlash. His catchphrase is over, but so is he. Now which is most over is up for debate. I will say that Zach Ryder could have gotten to Bryan's level (without the great matches) if he wasn't buried. He is a better promo too. Could have been a huge heel or face in 2011 by beating Kane or turning on Cena. Anyway Bryan had a good run and the injury sucks but he went over all the major heels and John Cena for like a year straight and then won the title at WM . Pretty good for a B+ player.

Zack Ryder ain't no great promo..if he was legit, he would of rose above the burials and the bullshyt. And he damn sure don't have the heartfelt promos Bryan has that fans have gone ballistic for. They are MUCH more in his promos than anybody on the roster except for when Lana is going hard. Stephanie, Cripple H, Ziggler, Punk..they were all no sold hard this year. LOL.
What is my mysterious phantom criteria? Cesaro sonned Flair pretty wildly during the US title run....like it wasn't shyt. He didn't sound too good on commentary but he's alright when he needs to speak up. I'll take him over Sheamus promos anyday of the week.
