I've rolled through Ohio and PA there's levels to the Amish shyt. There's mennonites who drive cars and drink beer and shyt. Even the real Amish folks are getting gentrified there's regular people living around them driving pass their little buggies.

Isn't there some like "Coming of Age" tradition in some Amish communities, where once they reach a certain age, they get like a few months to live in the modern world and decide if they want to come back or something like that?

I think there was a movie or documentary about about it.
