Im sorry but to think 32y/o Bobby Wagner is the difference from this being a SB winning team or not, is hilarious.
We know that the offense wasn't great against SF, but are we forgetting all the mistakes on defense? You keep focusing on age while I'm focusing on production. The Rams have zero regrets about what they had to give up to win a SB. It's been 27yrs since the Cowboys won a SB, and the fanbase is still worried about cap and draft picks.

All the mistakes on defense? :comeon:

The defense in large part, did their job. 7 points given up in the second half and that was bc the QB threw a boneheaded INT.

If anything, this team needs to improve its OL & DL play. Somebody like Jordan Davis would do more for this defense than an aging Bobby Wagner :hubie:

Giving up a 169 rushing yards is doing your job? Cause Green Bay defense gave up 106 the very next week. I don't even know how you win a football game when you let the other team rush for 169. Let me go check and fine what the record was for all the teams that gave up 169 rushing yards or more in a game...

7 points in the second half? Oh word:leon:. Well damn I guess you right, I guess Dak lost this game by himself. Let me go check what the Packers gave up on defense 7 days later...oh wait...the Packers defense DIDNT GIVE A 7 POINTS IN THE WHOLE fukkING GAME :mjlol:.

Defense got out performed across the board by another unit 7 days later but they "did their job"?

In the entire NFL playoffs there was exactly one team who gave up more than 169 rushing yards in a game, the Patriots, and they lost by 30 points:wow:

Once again, when it comes to a section of the cowboys football team, Dak is working with the worst of the worst. Second worst run defense in the entire nfl playoffs :wow:.

Maybe we not the far away. Maybe if we can just not be THE MOST penalized playoff team ever we can do something. Maybe if we can not be THE SECOND WORST run defense in the entire playoffs we can do something.:wow:

I know Stephen and Jerry are morons but damn, they can AT LEAST put together a team where we not getting bottom 5 production...right :mjcry:.

We got the best of the best at the QB position :lolbron:...all we got to do is not be bottom 5 every where else and we should be alright

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
So if you look at the numbers, it’s not hard to see why Dallas can’t sign any big name free agents.

Jaylon Smith, Cooper, Jarwin, Neal and Collins = at least over $20 million in dead cap space.

After Dak, Zeke and Tyron are the highest paid players

Dallas Cowboys 2022 Salary Cap

If you look at the top cap hits, most of those players are past their prime or underachieved last year. They got too many players with 8 figure cap hits. If you switch it to the Rams, they got half as many which is why they can afford a player like Bobby Wagner.

Dallas simply don’t know how to work the salary cap long term. It’s also why Cooper was going to get cut or traded no matter what. Even if they won the super bowl, Cooper wasn’t coming back.

Yall nikkas dont even try to use context :mjtf:

Elijah Mitchell averaged 3.6 ypc

Deebo averaged 7.2 ypc but 26 of his yards came on the play AFTER your bum ass QB threw an INT

The Packers played the 9ers in fukkin Lambeau :mjtf:. We played them in a dome :mjtf:

Usually context is important...except for when you are the second worst out of all teams to play in the playoffs...then you just bad...

Dak threw a pick and Deebo ran for 26 yards and that is somehow Dak fault:mjlol:.

Jimmy G threw a pick against the Packers. But the packers defense didn't let Deebo run 26 yards for a touchdown? Why not

Oh they played them in Lambeau and THATS WHY the 49ers only got 106 rushing yards? Cause the Browns played Green Bay in Lambeau and they got 219 rushing yards. What else you got?

Stop moving the goalposts nikka :mjtf:

If Dak doesnt throw the INT, the 26 yard doesnt happen :gucci:

What you are saying, is the defense has to play a perfect fukking game in order for this team to win :mjlol:

Why again are we paying the QB $40m then :mjlol:

And why the fukk are you comparing the Cleveland Browns to the 49ers :mjlol:

No the defense could have just not let Deebo run for 26 yards.

Or do you think that it's an automatic in the nfl rule book that if a QB throws a pick the defense has to let the other team score a touchdown?:mjlol:

Moving goal post? I got to, we can't be letting morons make statements like "a team who was the second worst rush defense in the entire playoffs mostly did their job". That's how Trump got elected:mjlol:. You don't want Trump as president again do you? I don't.

This is a bad defense. It gave up the second most rushing yards in the entire nfl playoffs. Some people might try to tell you that they "mostly did their job". They might scream "Dak is the reason why they gave up a 26 yard touchdown." They might bring up Dak making 40 million dollars like that matters, even though in real life his cap hit is only 19 million dollars, which is exceptionally low for a QB, and again, has nothing to do with the fact that the defense was the second worst against the run in the playoffs. They might even start posting about Dak Prescott for no reason. You might even start to believe that Dak Prescott is the problem with the Dallas Cowboys. But he is not. The problem with the Dallas Cowboys is that when it mattered the most, the defense was the second worst against the run out of all the teams who qualified for the playoffs. And we know they did not "mostly do their jobs" because they were literally the second worst out of all the teams who qualified to do the job. Their is no situation where a unit or team of individuals come in second to last and people view it as "mostly doing their job". This is a bad defense.

You are out your mind if you think im reading that bullshyt :mjlol:

You said yourself that Dak was horrible in that game. What you thought nikkas forgot? :mjlol:

The defense was the only reason the team even had a chance to even win the game u fukkin retard :mjlol:

You Dak Stans are shameless. You are going to pretend like we all didnt watch the game.

The dumbass brain-dead QB runs a fukkin QB sneak with no timeouts left and didnt even know he cant spot the ball himself :mjlol:

He's Alex Smith....a good 9/10 win a season QB that won't get you to a championship

How many possessions did he have to score?
